Our standard processing time is 1-5 business days from the date your order is placed. Processing entails our small team at Mountain of Spirit preparing and packaging your order. Our processing time does not include the time your package spends in transit to you once it is in possession of the carrier (UPS or USPS).
Tracking information is emailed once your shipping label has been printed. Please note that receiving a tracking number does not mean your order has been fulfilled; rather, this means that your order has entered our processing queue. Once your tracking information has been sent, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate any adjustments to your order.
Your tracking information will update once your package has been picked up and scanned by the carrier you chose during checkout. Please always refer directly to the respective carrier's website for the most accurate and up to date tracking information.
Once your package is in possession of the carrier (UPS or USPS), we at Mountain of Spirit are no longer responsible for the package, nor are we able to make any adjustments to your shipping information. Customers assume full and sole responsibility for providing accurate shipping address information at checkout.
Packages marked as delivered do not qualify for refunds or replacements. Packages marked as "return to sender" will be refunded for items purchased, minus shipping & handling costs, once received back to Mountain of Spirit. Reimbursements for missing or damaged packages require the customer to file a claim directly with the carrier (UPS or USPS).
